Lievs Death Squad[LDS] was founded by Liev Whitehand, A.K.A. Dave, during the GW BETA testing. It was reset when GuildWars was first released and they lost everything. However they restarted when Dave got lucky and found a rune that he sold for enough to purchase the hall, cape and everything else a guild needs. After the guild was reestablished, Dave invited friends from Diablo2 to join his guild. They decided they would only invite people who would mix well with the existing members and people who were willing to help out when called apon. From there LDS grew slowly filling up with experienced, kind, helpful players. It became a community. From time to time LDS can have its ups and downs like any other guild, but its almost always sorted out and everyone continues to get along.
